- On site (your house) – $90 per hour ($60 per half hour)
- Remote support – $75 per hour ($50 per half hour)
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays – $125 per hour ($75 per half hour)
- 1 hour visit minimum – half hour increments beyond the first hour
- plus applicable taxes
